Most visits are 1 - 1.5 hours and include follow-up phone support for established issues.

You will Receive 

• Observation of a full feeding session.
• Evaluation of latch, positioning, and milk transfer.
• Assessment of any feeding challenges, including low milk supply, oversupply, or painful nursing.
• Step-by-step support for proper latch and comfortable positioning.
• Tips for increasing or managing milk supply.
• Strategies for exclusive pumping, formula, or combination feeding, if needed
• Guidance on establishing a breastfeeding routine in the early weeks.
• Identification of potential oral restrictions, such as tongue tie or lip tie

You will receive ongoing support via phone, text, or email for questions after our session with the option to schedule additional visits for continued guidance.

Virtual Lactation Consulting 

$50 FOR 30-MINUTE FACETIME OR TELEHEALTH VISIT

This is great for when breastfeeding is already established and you need extra support for things like going back to work, introducing a bottle, or weaning.
